We received a sample order today, 600W portable power station. The customer is from France, for all communication record between us, I summarized 3 points as below:

1. Understand the customer's real needs.
For example, check with customer what's the using scene, what's equipment need to access, and using time, etc., if for general entertainment, or office use, the pursuit of customers is convenient, then we will recommend light and portable outdoor power station, this kind of outdoor power battery capacity and power is relatively small, the capacity  500WH, power is also within 500W. If there is no power supply outdoors, also have so many electrical appliances, and ready to stay for 1 to 2 days, then the range of outdoor power station should be widely selected, the capacity is recommended to 1000-2000WH, the output power station is also recommended in the same range of 1000-2000W. If it is a professional emergency, used in the ordinary home, some high-power household appliances will also be a long time at the same time access, then it is recommended to choose outdoor power capacity and power must exceed 2000WH and 2000W. Only in this way can the demand be met!
2. Introduce Configuration and Performance
Battery: the main consideration is the battery, such as long life, stable performance, safety. Outdoor portable power station has two kinds of cells, one is lithium iron phosphate cell and the other is ternary lithium cell. With the continuous progress of chemical battery energy storage technology, both cell cycles can reach more than 2000 times and can maintain 80% efficiency.
Charging mode: the general power supply has 3 charging modes: mains, car charging and solar panel charging. You can choose according to your needs.
Diversity of output functions: Select AC, DC, car charging port, DC round port, USB, Type-C quick charge, lighting and other functions as required. Be sure to choose sine wave output, sine wave output stability will not damage electrical appliances.
